Hopin partnered with our team to develop the creative direction for two major company events, including their annual community-focused user conference, Hopin XC. The engagement began with a creative concepting phase, where I independently developed three distinct event directions—including naming exploration, visual identity concepts, and broader thematic systems designed to shape the attendee experience across channels. Working closely with Hopin’s internal creative leadership, the final direction expanded into the event’s complete visual framework.
I oversaw the creative direction and rollout of the selected concept across presentation templates, event toolkits, social graphics, and a comprehensive brand guidebook designed to help stakeholders create cohesive, on-brand content at scale. The work also included presentation clean-up and polish support across sessions to ensure consistency and quality throughout the event experience. The result was a flexible, scalable identity system that translated seamlessly across keynote storytelling, supporting presentations, social promotion, and community-facing materials.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Hopin, our team was brought in to quickly develop the branding and presentation system for an additional virtual event after the original creative workflow was unexpectedly disrupted. Working within the broader visual language already established for the Hopin brand, I developed a playful, scalable design system spanning social assets, digital banners, and presentation templates that helped the event maintain a cohesive and engaging audience experience across channels.
